from start to finish
1. Consultation & Proposal
Our process starts with a first meeting on site. Here we get a clear understanding of your hopes for your garden and how you intend to use your space. Importantly we also get a feel for the space as it is. After this first crucial meeting we will send a written brief, a mood board and a proposal outlining our process and fee structure.

2. Design Layout
At this stage we survey the garden to draw out a master plan. This will include section elevations and a concept plan for discussion. Lighting points will also be denoted along with lighting units specified.
3. Design Development
Once the concept plan has been approved, we can then develop the concept plan into a fully detailed masterplan with agreed materials and a proposed planting palette. We will also develop full 3D visuals to give a clear sense of space.
4. Working Drawings
This can commence once all design elements are approved. This includes, setting out plans, lighting plans, level plans and section plans for inner workings.
5. Planting Plan
Having agreed a planting palette we will now draw up a comprehensive planting plan and list including pot sizes and quantities for approval. Plant prices will all be confirmed with clients ahead of orders being placed.
6. Submitted for quotation
This comprehensive pack will allow our estimators to develop a detailed and accurate pricing plan for our highly skilled teams to bring your garden design to life, allowing for the whole process to be kept under one roof from start to finish and giving you a central point of contact at all points.
